Parameters

bytes

The specified byte array.

index

The starting index to copy data from the array.

count

The number of bytes to copy from the array.

isUnicode

Specifies whether the byte array is in Unicode encoding or in local encoding.

isCaseIgnored

Specifies if case is ignored in comparisons.
